The Audi Revolut F1 Team has officially unveiled its name and logo, confirming that its full team launch will take place in Berlin on 20 January 2026. This announcement solidifies the identity of the German manufacturer’s factory entry into the Formula One World Championship, with global fintech Revolut taking centre stage as Title Partner.
The partnership, first confirmed in July 2025, represents a significant convergence of motorsport engineering and financial technology. The team’s debut race livery is set to be revealed at the Berlin event, just under 50 days before the first race of the 2026 season.
A strategic alliance beyond sponsorship

The collaboration between Audi and Revolut is positioned as a strategic cornerstone of the team’s operations rather than a traditional sponsorship deal. Revolut, which now serves more than 65 million customers globally, will integrate its financial products directly into the team’s infrastructure.
This includes the adoption of Revolut Business to handle the team’s financial operations and the integration of Revolut Pay into its online store to provide a seamless checkout experience for fans. The partnership also promises to deliver exclusive app-based benefits, race access, and activations for Revolut users.
Nik Storonsky, CEO and co-founder of Revolut, commented: “Revolut and Audi are uniting in Formula 1 with a global ambition to challenge the status quo and a shared obsession with engineering excellence. The Audi Revolut F1 team name and logo are the first symbols of a powerful alliance that will accelerate Revolut’s global growth.”
Berlin launch to showcase 2026 vision
The team will present its full identity in Berlin on 20 January 2026. The launch is designed as an immersive experience highlighting the brand’s core pillars: clarity, technical intelligence, and emotion. Following the exclusive event, the showcase will open to the public on 21 January.
A centrepiece of the event will be the reveal of the full 2026 race livery, building on the visual language established by the Audi R26 Concept shown in November.
Gernot Döllner, chairman of the board of management of AUDI AG, stated: “Unveiling the Audi Revolut F1 Team name and logo marks another major milestone on our journey into the pinnacle of motorsport. Both give our ambition a clear identity, reflecting a strong vision and innovative spirit.”
Corporate restructuring and future operations
As part of the team’s formation, significant structural changes have been announced. Sauber Motorsport AG will be renamed Audi Motorsport AG, while the team’s Technology Centre in Bicester, UK, will become the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK. The company will retain the Sauber Holding AG and Sauber Technologies AG names to honour its motorsport heritage.
The team operates across three strategic locations: Neuburg an der Donau in Germany, where the hybrid power unit is being developed; Hinwil in Switzerland, home to the race car development and operations; and Bicester in the UK.
Mattia Binotto, head of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, added: “This announcement gives a name and a face to the incredible work being done by the team. The team is taking shape, driven by a culture of precision and relentless ambition. The Berlin launch will be the first moment we stand together as a collective and invite our global fan base to join us ahead of our debut in 2026.”
Audi’s entry into Formula 1 coincides with new FIA regulations introduced for 2026, which mandate the use of sustainable fuels and increase the electric share of the hybrid drive unit to approximately 50 per cent.
