With the implementation of CoverGo’s API-driven platform, partner insurance agents can now collect customer data seamlessly during the sales process. The Asia Insurance team is able to manage applications more efficiently via an admin portal, while policyholders benefit from a digital-first experience through a dedicated member portal. This portal allows them to submit and track health claims online with greater ease and transparency.
The platform also enables Asia Insurance to launch customised health products at a faster speed, scale its digital distribution, and reduce operational costs through automation.
