BPC Launches ‘Trusted Partner Program’ to Accelerate Payments Growth Across MEA

Payments leader BPC has launched its Trusted Partner Program, an initiative designed to accelerate market entry and drive payments innovation for its partners across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The programme empowers technology companies and consulting firms to leverage BPC’s next-generation SmartVista platform to expand into new sectors and geographies.

The BPC Trusted Partner Program is a strategic response to the rapidly digitising payments landscape in the MEA region, aiming to strengthen the overall ecosystem and accelerate the digital transformation of partners. It is built to onboard a diverse range of companies, including ATM/POS hardware vendors, software partners for core banking and financial inclusion, and service providers for implementation and localization.

The programme is structured to help partners understand how to leverage BPC’s advanced technology to create additional value, expand into new industries, and increase profitability through joint commercial motions. Partners gain access to BPC’s modular and scalable platform, SmartVista, which spans core payments functions including issuing, acquiring, switching, real-time payments, digital channels, e-commerce, SoftPOS, urban mobility (O-CITY), and AI-driven fraud management.

The programme was unveiled at a recent event in Dubai to over 30 executive delegates from 25 leading technology and consulting companies spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, East Africa, and Turkey, among other regions.

Yiannos Papadopoulos, partners and alliances director at BPC MEA, positioned the initiative as a crucial step in driving collaboration. Papadopoulos explained that the partnerships are designed to be true win-win collaborations that bring valuable benefits and open doors to new opportunities, from introducing new solutions to existing clients to entering new markets with speed and confidence.

Enablement and network expansion

Members of the BPC Trusted Partner Program receive comprehensive enablement and certification, co-marketing toolkits, regional roadshows, and actionable market intelligence. The goal is to facilitate rapid integration and delivery of innovation by aligning partner offerings with the future-proven, modular, and scalable foundation of the SmartVista platform.

BPC confirmed it will run a calendar of enablement sessions and certifications in the coming year, supporting partners as they build pipelines and accelerate the delivery of secure digital payment experiences to banks, fintechs, merchants, governments, and national infrastructures across the MEA region.
