Deloitte Middle East has received pre-approval from the UAE Ministry of Finance for its proprietary tax technology solution, InTax, as an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for the upcoming mandatory e-invoicing mandate in the UAE. This pre-approval marks a significant milestone in the UAE’s shift toward digital tax transformation.
The phased introduction of mandatory e-invoicing begins with pilot companies required to comply from July 1, 2026. This will be followed by companies with revenues above AED 50million from January 1, 2027.
