The Fintech Awards London 2026 has officially launched at an exclusive event held at the House of Lords, marking the start of another year celebrating innovation and leadership within the UK’s financial technology sector.
The launch event welcomed industry leaders, policymakers, and past award winners to the historic venue, setting the tone for what organisers promise will be the most impactful edition to date.
S&W joins Aon as headline sponsor
A major announcement from the event was the confirmation that S&W has joined Aon as a headline sponsor for the 2026 awards. The addition of S&W, a firm known for supporting high-growth businesses, is seen as a reflection of the growing maturity and influence of London’s fintech ecosystem.

The Fintech Awards London 2026 will feature categories celebrating startups, scale-ups, financial inclusion, sustainability, and leadership. Nominations opened on 14 January 2026, with the awards ceremony scheduled to take place on 18 June 2026.
